Sometimes, it’s better to soften problematic muscles by resting under heat, followed by soft tissues modalities to loosen everything up—prior to the adjustment. This add-on is especially helpful if you’re dealing with chronically tight muscles and are in need of a little extra. You can expect this treatment to take approximately 25-30 minutes.
If you’re dealing with chronic pain that just won’t go away, this is your best option. Often times our pain is associated with muscle imbalances that pull on our bones in unfavorable ways. This tier is designed to target such imbalances so we can strengthen the neglected muscles, and loosen the overactive ones. You can expect this treatment to take between 30-45 minutes.
